Last year Congress made sweeping changes to tax law.  Get insight into how to prepare yourself for the new filing rules.  Learn what individuals need to know and what small businesses need to know.  

This might not be specifically a supply chain topic, but it hits us where we all live and should be important with the upcoming tax season!  


Our Speaker:

     Louis Sands, JD, CPA is a director of tax services for Sikich in Naperville. He has more than fifteen years of experience serving as a trusted advisor for a variety of clients, such as professional services, law firms, high net worth individuals and family groups, and family offices.
Louis has expertise in managing comprehensive personal and business tax planning needs. His specialized knowledge of trusts, pass through entites and private foundations positions clients, their families and businesses for the future by collaborating with other advisors to implement complex estate and gifting plans, establish private foundations, and structure international tax ownership or transfer of foreign assets. In addition, Louis understands and clearly communicates the implications of major life events such as marriage, divorce or buying an investment property. He is skilled in gift/estate planning, income tax liability, cash flow and asset protection.
